  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Use Diverse Sourcing Channels: Leverage job portals, social media, referrals, and global talent databases.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze recruitment data to identify improvements in processes and experience.
  • Project Participation: Support talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure Confidentiality: Handle candidate and recruitment information with care and compliance.
  • Support Recruitment Operations:
    • Manage job requisitions
    • Maintain candidate files
    • Coordinate approvals
    • Process files for onboarding
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Understand workforce needs, propose solutions, and deliver results.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Keep candidates informed, supported, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Employer Brand: Provide relevant and accurate information about roles and the Emirates Group.

๐Ÿ“š Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 4 years in Talent Acquisition or related recruitment roles.
