In this role, youโll play a key part in supporting the groupโs ambitious talent acquisition strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and helping scale recruitment efforts during a transformational growth phase.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Use Diverse Sourcing Channels: Leverage job portals, social media, referrals, and global talent databases.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze recruitment data to identify improvements in processes and experience.
- Project Participation: Support talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure Confidentiality: Handle candidate and recruitment information with care and compliance.
- Support Recruitment Operations:
- Manage job requisitions
- Maintain candidate files
- Coordinate approvals
- Process files for onboarding
- Partner with Stakeholders: Understand workforce needs, propose solutions, and deliver results.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Keep candidates informed, supported, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote Employer Brand: Provide relevant and accurate information about roles and the Emirates Group.
๐ Qualifications:
- Education:
Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent. - Experience:
Minimum 4 years in Talent Acquisition or related recruitment roles.

- Experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Attention to detail in reporting and documentation
- Report writing and analytics proficiency
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines across geographies
