Key Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently using communication devices
• Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
• Prioritize tasks based on instructions from the Duty Engineer and Engineering management
• Maintain proper documentation in logbooks and digital systems (e.g., Knowcross)
• Conduct visual inspections of lighting, electrical panels, water pumps, and fire pumps
• Adhere to lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Assist in emergency situations and follow Rosewood fire safety protocols
• Lead shift operations as per monthly duty rosters
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in electrical and workshop areas
• Offer internal support and guest service when needed

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

• High school diploma required
• Professional trade certification preferred

🛠️ Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel as an Engineer

🗣️ Language:

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently

💡 Technical & General Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in at least one technical trade
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physical fitness to perform duties (e.g., lifting, moving, standing for extended periods)

Eligibility Criteria for Electrician Jobs
