We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our finance team in managing payment processes and customer interactions. If you’re passionate about numbers, organization, and improving financial workflows—this is your chance to contribute meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Payment & Transaction Management
- Post daily receipts from customers via cash, bank transfers, and online platforms
- Ensure accurate invoice matching in the system
Payment Gateway Reconciliation (Monthly)
- Reconcile gateway statements with sales data and bank records
- Investigate and resolve mismatched or pending transactions
Cash Book Management
- Maintain and update the daily cash book with precision
Customer Payment & Query Handling
- Confirm payments and send acknowledgements to customers
- Address billing-related questions with coordination across teams
Receivables Reporting
- Prepare aging reports and monitor overdue accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate as needed
Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate with sales and logistics to resolve payment-related issues
- Ensure records are updated and compliant with company standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–3 years experience in accounts receivable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
