We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to our Professional Service Team. Candidates should be able to assist the management and all visitors to the office by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance in person, via phone, e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Meet customers and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Answer client questions and incoming calls.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Marketing of the company’s services through telephone calls, emails, online advertising, social media marketing, web posting and attending business events when necessary in order to acquire new business for the company.
  • Prepare and arrange all documents and applications required for business setup and visa transactions.
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, go-getter, quality-oriented and performance oriented individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
