About The Role
Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for luxury hospitality? Atlantis Dubai is looking for a Front Office Agent to deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy, warmth, and efficiency. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll be the face of the resort—welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs seamlessly, and ensuring all cashiering transactions are handled promptly and accurately. From providing insightful information to catering to special guest requests, your role will be pivotal in making every stay exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Process all cashiering transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with care and discretion.
- Provide personalized service to elevate the guest experience throughout their stay.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Prior roles such as Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or Guest Service Agent are ideal.
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems like Opera or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage—especially in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German.
