Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment in the lobby and front desk area
Job Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Female candidates preferred
