📌 Available Positions:
1. Mason
- Perform blockwork, tiling, plastering, and concrete repair tasks.
- Ability to handle finishing works and maintenance in commercial/residential buildings.
2. Plumber
- Handle routine plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Experience in fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and maintaining water supply/drainage systems.
3. Carpenter
- Skilled in both repair and construction of wooden structures and furniture.
- Experience in door and cabinet fixing, wood polishing, and minor furniture works.
4. Multi Technician – Civil
- Must have experience across multiple civil trades (basic masonry, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks across different sites.
✅ Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Facilities Management role (UAE or home country).
- Preference for candidates on visit or cancelled visa.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
