AF Logistics Head Office is very busy setup and there is a lot of coordination with the sub-division offices in other locations. Therefore this role requires incumbent to have the ability to multi-task and priorities work accordingly. This role also requires a customer orientated focus and incumbent must have strong teamwork skills as there will additional assistance required for various projects.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in admin/receptionist position handling EPABX Main Board and admin functions.
- Very good communication skills both verbal and written and moderate knowledge in MS Office (Excel, word & PPT).
- Demonstrate sound work ethics, well presentable, be honest and trustworthy, be flexible, and possess cultural awareness, Ability to work independently and also as a team.
