    We have an opening for Female Office Administrator with one of our Telecom company based in Dubai UAE Incase if this interest you kindly forward a copy of your updated CV otherwise you can share it among your contacts Job Title Female Office Administrator Location Dubai UAE Salary AED 3 500 AED 4 000 Working days 6days a week Timing 9 am 7pm We are looking for a responsible Administrative to perform a variety of administrative and tasks Duties of the Administrative include providing support to our management and employees assisting in daily office needs and managing our company s general administrative and secretary activities Responsibilities Key Duties Execute monitor and assist all projects of the MD s and employees Act as a key point of contact between all departments employee s and team Maintain highest quality standards follow up system confidentiality and proactive work whilst ensuring that tasks assigned are completed and deadlines met Maintain record-keeping systems for recording and monitoring service processes and provide regular summary reports to Operational Staff and Management to ensure that relevant updates and reviews take place in a timely fashion Ability to communicate complex issues effectively by telephone by e-mail and in person Provide daily weekly and monthly reports to management responsible for the end to end ordering process Establish and implement planning inventory transportation documentation and custom clearing procedures in line with organizational requirements Maintaining staff files visa applications visa renewals etc Prepare official correspondences Receipt Organize meetings and statutory events ensuring that appointments are realistically planned with regard to timing and venue catering and resources are booked appropriately and preparing materials to support the event Arrange pack and keep a record of all outgoing courier Invoices and collections Professional in air tickets booking etc Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required Filing archiving photocopying scanning emailing documents To carry out other tasks and assignments given by the management based on the requirements of the organization Organizing events and meetings Reminding the MD executive of important tasks and deadlines Organizing the management personal commitments like travel and meetings etc Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration Commerce or Supply Chain Management 04 years of UAE experience in Administration Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience and regular use of MS Office Applications MS Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook Expert level knowledge in MS Excel Advance formulas functions pivot table charts etc Good keyboard skills and ability to quickly and accurately input manipulate data Experience in handling data statistics and KPI reports Proven ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
