Position: Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Control / Quantity Surveyor Engineer to support project financial management and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in cost control and/or quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost monitoring
- Experience in preparing BOQs, variations, and final accounts
- Ability to analyze project costs and control expenditures effectively
- Familiarity with construction contracts and project documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and cost reports
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
- Assist in contract administration and financial reporting
