    Oversee and manage daily office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow including managing office supplies and equipment maintenance Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for executives and staff ensuring seamless logistical support and time management Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails mail and phone calls ensuring professional communication and timely responses Maintain and update office records databases and filing systems ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with company policies Implement and enforce office policies and procedures ensuring adherence to regulations and promoting a safe and organized workplace Manage and coordinate office events and projects including planning organizing and executing events ensuring successful outcomes Address and resolve office-related issues and complaints promptly and effectively providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere Minimum 2-5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, showcasing relevant experience and expertise.A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a foundation of knowledge and understanding of the role.Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus, providing industry-specific knowledge and understanding.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software, demonstrating technical competence.Experienced in CRM and Accounting software and good knowledge of the basics of these topics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication.Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, demonstrating the ability to handle challenges effectively.A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Office Location: Business BayWorking Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
