A manufacturing company of medical devices is looking for a native English speaking Personal Assistant to the CEO.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for CEO Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for the meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly
- Coordinating with HR for matters involving the Higher Management
- Reviewing company processes and making changes if necessary, for improvement
