    Job Summary

    A manufacturing company of medical devices is looking for a native English speaking Personal Assistant to the CEO.

    Responsibilities

    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for CEO Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
    • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
    • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
    • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
    • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for the meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly
    • Coordinating with HR for matters involving the Higher Management
    • Reviewing company processes and making changes if necessary, for improvement
