Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and hiring paperwork
- Support HR operations including employee records and documentation
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen eye for talent and cultural fit
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or similar industries is a big plus
Location: Dubai, UAE
