    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    In collaboration with hiring team, strategize methods to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns.

    Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.

    Own candidate relationships through the point of in-person interview, ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular updates and communication, Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system.

    Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, job titles and content of job descriptions.

    Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pools, influencing overall recruiting strategy and diversity initiatives.

    COMPETENCIES:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Results-oriented, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
    • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
    • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, flexible to work with business related demands.
    • Adaptability & Team player.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-3 years of sourcing experience.
    • Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
    • Any graduation degree.
