- To promote and develop the business banking relationships through new customers
- To identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc
- To seek out directs customers to other services and products available to meet their needs and generate business
- To have full awareness on product and policy knowledge and implementing them at all the times.
- To fully comply with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct at all times
- Excellent communication skills with ability to perform as a team player
- High motivation
- Ability to develop strong personal / business relationships with clients
- Multicultural awareness
- Proper understanding of Process and Procedures
- Minimum 2-3 years’ of Business Banking SME sales experience
