Sales Officer – Business Banking

    Job Purpose:

    • To promote and develop the business banking relationships through new customers


    • To identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc
    • To seek out directs customers to other services and products available to meet their needs and generate business
    • To have full awareness on product and policy knowledge and implementing them at all the times.
    • To fully comply with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct at all times


    • Excellent communication skills with ability to perform as a team player
    • High motivation
    • Ability to develop strong personal / business relationships with clients
    • Multicultural awareness
    • Proper understanding of Process and Procedures
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ of Business Banking SME sales experience
