An established organization in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in construction, contracting, or landscaping sectors. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and project costing related to contracting activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and audit requirements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Provide financial insights to assist management in decision-making

Requirements

• MBA or M.Com in Finance from a reputed institution
• 8–10 years of UAE experience in accounting and finance
• Mandatory experience in contracting, construction, or landscaping industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
