Job Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations within a hospital environment. This role is suited for candidates with strong accounting expertise and the ability to handle financial reporting, compliance, and closing processes accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Maintain and manage the general ledger
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support financial compliance and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) required
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital sector
- Experience with Odoo accounting system is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills (AVERAGE, INDEX-MATCH, SUM, IF)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and complex financial data
