    🧾 Role Summary:

    Join our operations team as a Technical Administrator and support technical activities across Jointly Owned Properties (JOPs). Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, effective coordination with vendors, and smooth execution of community operations.

    🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

    • Technical Documentation & Reporting
      • Maintain PPM schedules, vendor reports, asset logs, inspection reports
      • Compile technical reports for OC and internal meetings
      • Track technical issues and performance metrics
    • Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
      • Ensure renewals of AMC contracts, licenses, and insurances
      • Comply with Law No. 6 of 2019 and RERA regulations
      • Support audits and maintain readiness documentation
    • Fit-Out Coordination & Monitoring
      • Manage requests, inspections, and approvals for fit-outs
      • Monitor works and conduct post-completion checks
      • Oversee deposit refund process
    • Customer Service & Complaint Handling
      • Assist in resolving technical complaints and service tickets
      • Log and track complaints using Anacity and internal platforms
      • Coordinate cross-functional solutions within SLA timelines
    • Vendor Coordination & Site Inspections
      • Maintain updated vendor database with compliance checks
      • Conduct inspections and report on execution quality
      • Support procurement processes with relevant documents and quotations
    • Administrative Support & Reporting
      • Submit weekly/monthly KPI and performance reports
      • Attend OC meetings and assist the site in-charge

    ✅ Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Facilities Management
    • 2+ years’ experience in JOP, Facilities Management, or real estate tech admin
    • Knowledge of RERA, Dubai Civil Defense, and Dubai Municipality is a plus
    • Familiarity with CAFM tools like Anacity or Mollak preferred

    • Excellent coordination and documentation skills
    • Strong grasp of building systems & property management workflows
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Good communication and customer service orientation
