Role Overview
Zabeel Feed is seeking a dynamic Emirati Assistant Manager – Marketing to strengthen market presence and support the growth of its product portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on product marketing, branding, market penetration, and close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product launches and market penetration strategies
- Coordinate field trials and product validation with Business Development
- Assist in branding, concept development, and consistent market messaging
- Provide technical marketing and after-sales support
- Conduct market research on customer needs, trends, and competitors
- Support sales execution through field action plans and performance tracking
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Manage and support social media marketing activities
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales within animal feed, agribusiness, or related industries
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Customer-focused with technical orientation
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- UAE National (Emirati) only
