🎯 Job Purpose:

You will deliver ATPL ground school instruction to ab-initio cadets in a world-class, multicultural training environment. Instruction will align with GCAA, EASA, and Emirates standards, and contribute to the development of professional airline pilots.

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ATPL ground school instruction in a variety of theoretical knowledge subjects
• Monitor and report on cadet progress and performance
• Support and mentor cadets in and out of the classroom
• Participate in curriculum improvement and training materials development
• Maintain accurate and timely training records and documentation
• Collaborate with the flight training department to ensure a cohesive cadet experience
• Uphold professional standards, acting as a role model for cadets
• Contribute to additional ground school training activities as directed by the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI)

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years in flight operations
  • At least 3 years as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) delivering ATPL TK subjects based on EASA or GCAA syllabi
  • Must have delivered at least 3 ATPL TK subjects at an approved training organization (ATO)
  • Instructional background in a technical, academic, or training environment
  • Experience as a pilot, flight engineer, dispatcher, or navigator is preferred
• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong grasp of aviation licensing regulations (EASA/GCAA)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in using MS Office and paperless teaching tools
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and culturally adaptable
  • Effective classroom and individual student engagement abilities

You’ll be working in a modern training campus at Dubai South (DWC) with full-time cadet immersion, advanced flight simulators, and operational exposure.
