As a Waiter/Waitress, you will serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include delivering excellent guest experiences and having full knowledge of menu items.

- Greet and manage guest queries warmly and efficiently
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to regulations
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings
- Keep service stations stocked and organized
- Follow proper incident reporting procedures
- Deliver consistent, timely food and beverage service
- Follow Hilton grooming standards and dress code
- Adhere to all safety, fire, and security regulations
