Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Only candidates meeting the required experience criteria will be shortlisted for the interview.
- Ability to accurately follow standardized recipes to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Proficiency in operating bakery and kitchen equipment, including industrial ovens, proofers, mixers, dough sheeters, and slicers.
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock monitoring, expiry management, and FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control is preferred.
