Accountant

Salmon Farm LLC is growing its finance team in Dubai Investment Park 2 and is on the hunt for a capable Accountant with a solid grip on inventory-driven finance. If you’re comfortable juggling stock control alongside the usual accounting workload, and you’d like to bring that experience into food manufacturing or FMCG, this could be the right move.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping inventory accounting accurate while also managing the everyday finance functions that keep the business running smoothly. Backgrounds in food manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or warehouse operations are especially welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inventory accounting and stock control
• Running stock reconciliations, tracking inventory movement, and analyzing variances
• Handling AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring records stay accurate
• Building reports in Excel and the company’s ERP/accounting system
• Keeping day-to-day finance operations compliant and precise

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in accounting and finance
• Strong background in inventory accounting and stock control
• Comfort with stock reconciliation, movement tracking, and variance analysis
• Working knowledge of AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and the general ledger
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Food manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or warehouse experience is a plus
• UAE experience preferred
