Accountant (Leasing & Property Management)

Seven Tides Group is looking for an experienced Accountant – Leasing & Property Management to join its Dubai Finance & Accounting team. A good fit for an Accounts Receivable professional with experience in real estate, leasing, or property management environments.

You’ll support financial operations by managing billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable activities including billing, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on leasing and property-related financial matters
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• UAE real estate, leasing, or property management experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS principles
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Strong Excel skills and financial reporting abilities
