The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 Per Month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Process financial transactions, invoices, payments, and related accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on accounting and finance-related matters.
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous accounting experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Professional approach to handling confidential financial information.
  • Experience within the Oil & Gas or Oilfield Services industry will be an added advantage.
