Accounting Manager

A company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee its financial operations and lead accounting activities. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned finance professional with strong managerial capabilities and a solid grasp of UAE accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct accounting operations and ensure sound financial management across the organisation.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate team workflows effectively.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality professional support.
• Monitor financial records, reports, and overall accounting processes.
• Coordinate office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Oversee the effective use of accounting software and financial tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• BCom / MBA / Finance or Accounting Graduate.
• Must hold a valid UAE Spouse Visa; age 30–40; married candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel; experienced in client handling, team supervision, and office coordination.
