TAKLAH Interiors is seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin & Executive Assistant to provide strategic executive support to senior leadership while overseeing administrative operations across multiple locations in the UAE. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and Managing Partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, managing government-related processes, and supporting compliance, administration, and office management activities.

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per Month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director and Managing Partner.
  • Oversee administrative operations across company offices within the UAE.
  • Manage office facilities, employee accommodations, and workplace resources.
  • Coordinate tenancy contracts, lease renewals, and office maintenance activities.
  • Plan office space utilization and workplace layout requirements.
  • Monitor utility services, subscriptions, and operational expenses.
  • Manage property insurance renewals, claims, and related documentation.
  • Maintain company asset registers, including office equipment and IT assets.
  • Handle business license renewals, registrations, permits, and government subscriptions.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and compliance bodies.
  • Coordinate employee visa processing, renewals, and immigration-related activities.
  • Support payroll administration, reporting, and business documentation requirements.
  • Supervise Administrative Coordinators and collaborate with department managers.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative and executive support experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience within the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business operations and government procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
