Joyz Group is hiring an Administration Executive to manage UAE government transactions and essential administrative operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle MOHRE and immigration processes, company licensing, labour-camp administration, transportation, vehicles, and related government matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MOHRE, immigration, and other government transactions.
- Handle company licence applications, renewals, and supporting documentation.
- Oversee labour-camp and worker-related administration.
- Coordinate company transportation, vehicles, renewals, and repairs.
- Resolve government and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with UAE administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant administration experience.
- Strong UAE experience with MOHRE, immigration, and government procedures.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
