Airfreight Operations Executive

An experienced Airfreight Operations Executive is required to join a freight forwarding company in Dubai. This role is ideal for logistics professionals with a solid air export background who can manage documentation and shipment coordination in a high-tempo environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day air export operations and end-to-end shipment coordination.
• Prepare and process export documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure full compliance with airfreight procedures and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and third-party logistics partners.
• Track shipment progress and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Keep operational records accurate and up to date.

Requirements: 2–3 years of air export operations experience, mandatory hands-on experience with Calogi and Dubai Trade, strong communication and organisational skills. Immediate availability preferred.
