📌 Position Available:

🔹 Engineering Supervisor

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the resort.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Liaise with other departments to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage vendor contracts and oversee outsourced maintenance services as needed.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements to enhance systems and reduce operational costs.

🧾 Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience in a similar role.
