A leading UAE real estate development organization is looking for a qualified Assistant Finance Manager to join its Dubai finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting, and compliance for large-scale development projects.
This is a mandatory UAE real estate development background role, requiring CA or ACCA qualification and strong expertise in project accounting and cash flow management.
What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of financial reports and management accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial management across the business
- Oversee project accounting and financial performance for development projects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and reporting standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and help improve financial controls and processes
What you’ll bring:
- CA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as an Assistant Finance Manager in a UAE real estate development company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience in project accounting and real estate development finance
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
