Assistant Restaurant Manager

Creneau Hospitality is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Maison Mathis, with openings at both Arabian Ranches and Dubai South. If leading a floor team, keeping guests happy, and running a tight service operation sounds like your kind of day, this role puts you at the center of a European/French dining concept with real room to grow.

You’ll be right in the mix of daily restaurant operations — coaching your team, keeping service standards high, and making sure every part of the floor and kitchen work in sync. Experience in licensed restaurants and a feel for European or French dining will go a long way here.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Leading, motivating, and developing the restaurant team to keep service standards high
• Making sure operational procedures and hospitality best practices are followed
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving concerns with professionalism
• Coordinating with kitchen and service teams for smooth, efficient operations

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar dining concept
• Solid knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards
• Previous experience in a licensed restaurant in the UAE — this one’s a must
• A hands-on leadership style paired with strong guest service and operational skills
