Job Requirements for Operations Executive:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Facilities Management industry
- Valid manual UAE driving license
Job Requirements for Office Boy:
- Asian nationality (Muslim) preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in preparing Arabic beverages (Gahwa, Karak tea, etc.)
Job Responsibilities for Office Boy:
- Maintain cleanliness in pantry and office areas
- Practice hospitality etiquette and proper serving protocols
- Be presentable, courteous, and well-groomed
- Stay punctual, disciplined, and proactive
