Job Overview
Nexus People is looking for a B2B Outreach Intern to join its Sales and Partnerships team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This three-month internship is intended for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in business development, corporate outreach, and relationship management. The intern will research UAE companies, identify decision-makers, support lead-generation campaigns, and help arrange meetings. The role includes structured training and mentorship from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Research UAE companies and identify relevant business decision-makers and potential corporate contacts.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, and telephone outreach.
- Communicate with prospective clients, manage follow-ups, and help schedule business meetings.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and update CRM records after outreach activities.
- Support sales campaigns, networking follow-ups, and the qualification of potential leads.
- Track outreach activity and prepare weekly reports to help the team review progress and results.
Requirements and Qualifications
- The opportunity is open to students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident approaching and communicating with senior professionals.
- Strong research, organisation, and follow-up skills are important.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is useful.
- Applicants must be based in the UAE and available to work on-site.

Employment Details
This is a three-month, full-time internship based on-site in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The estimated monthly stipend or salary is AED 2,000–3,500. The role is suitable for students and recent graduates in relevant disciplines.
