Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other beverages consistently, following customer orders and the required presentation standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate and care for coffee equipment and keep the workstation clean and organised.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and other service items and report low supplies as needed.
- Follow food hygiene and safety practices during preparation, storage, and service.
- Work with colleagues to maintain smooth service during busy periods and respond to customer requests.
