AVLU The Palm is hiring for the position of Barman in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked bar throughout service and prepare mise en place before operations.
• Provide attentive, professional service and communicate confidently with guests about beverage selections.
• Apply responsible alcohol-service practices and follow hygiene, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain consistency in cocktail preparation, beverage presentation, portion control, and service speed.
• Coordinate with restaurant colleagues to support efficient service during busy periods.
• Monitor stock levels and help maintain beverage inventory and bar supplies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant barman or bartender experience.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and basic mixology.

• Good communication, teamwork, organization, and guest-service skills.
• Upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, premium bar, or international hospitality experience is advantageous.
