Beach Walk Hotel is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to elevate the guest experience at our beautiful property in Dubai. If you’re passionate about hospitality and creating memorable stays for guests, we want to hear from you! Beach Walk Hotel is currently seeking a proactive Guest Service Agent to enhance the hotel guest experience.
- Guest Service Executive
- Guest Service Agent – Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment in the lobby and front desk area
Job Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Female candidates preferred
