Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a capable and motivated Business Development Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Business Development / Real Estate function and requires Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 12,000–18,000 per month (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and market outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closure.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with property developers and strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase commercial value.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline information while reporting performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
- Ability to build and maintain developer or enterprise relationships.
- Strong presentation, CRM, forecasting and organizational skills.
