• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant systems
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance standards

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Call center experience is an advantage but not required
