OurShopee is looking for a Catalogue & Master Data Manager to take charge of our product data universe. If you’ve spent 5–8+ years wrestling with SKUs, PIM systems, and product taxonomies in the e-commerce or retail world, and you’re ready for a full-time role where your data skills directly shape the customer experience, this could be the perfect next step. You’ll be based in Dubai, working with a team that values accuracy, scalability, and smart data governance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the entire SKU lifecycle — from creation to retirement — making sure every product is set up correctly, categorised properly, and enriched with the right content. You’ll optimise the product catalogue to improve discoverability and conversion, and you’ll keep data quality front and centre. You’ll build dashboards that track catalogue quality, SLAs, Arabic content coverage, and availability, so the business always knows where things stand. You’ll also establish master-data governance to keep everything consistent and reliable across the platform. And when needed, you’ll manage agency partners who support catalogue operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, PIM, master data, or retail
- Proven track record of handling large SKU volumes
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP, PIM, CMS, and marketplaces
- Deep understanding of product taxonomy and SKU lifecycle
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
- UAE e-commerce experience is preferred
- Arabic content experience is a distinct advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
