Civil Engineer

Lativio Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Civil Engineers to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in construction site supervision and are passionate about delivering high-quality projects within established timelines.

The selected candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensure compliance with engineering standards, coordinate with project stakeholders, and maintain accurate project documentation. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential, and a company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
• Track project progress while ensuring quality standards and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Verify site drivers’ licenses and required documentation.
• Monitor workplace safety and support efficient site operations.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in site supervision and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution, project supervision and quality control, engineering drawings and technical specifications, project documentation and reporting.
