Collection Officer

A Dubai-based company is urgently hiring a Collection Officer to take charge of overdue payments and customer follow-ups. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that suits someone who’s comfortable making a high volume of calls each day and skilled at turning tense payment conversations into resolved accounts.

You’ll dig into why payments are being missed, negotiate practical solutions with customers, and keep everything logged accurately in the collection system. If you’ve worked in collections, tele-collection, banking or financial services before, this role will feel familiar.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow up with customers on upcoming and overdue payments
• Make roughly 100–150 calls a day working toward payment regularisation
• Identify why payments are being missed and negotiate realistic solutions
• Hit collection targets set by your Team Leader
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Log every customer interaction accurately in the collection system
• Use the assigned recorded lines for all customer calls
• Follow company policy and established collection procedures

What you’ll bring

• Experience in collections, tele-collection, banking or financial services (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A target-driven mindset and good customer-handling instincts
• The ability to manage a high volume of calls without losing quality
• A professional approach to sensitive payment conversations
• Current residence in Dubai
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Estimated salary: AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
