Scalex Tax is seeking a qualified professional for Consultant / Senior Consultant – KYC & AML in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The vacancy is a full-time opportunity published in September 2026, with an advertised salary of AED 14,000 – AED 22,000 per month (Estimated). The role is designed for candidates who can perform the listed responsibilities while maintaining professional, operational and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform KYC, AML, CDD and EDD reviews.
- Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening.
- Support compliance reviews and advise clients on regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete due-diligence processes.
- Monitor UAE and international AML regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years KYC/AML/financial-crime compliance experience.
- Strong UAE and international regulatory knowledge.
- Consulting/client-engagement experience; Big 4 preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- CAMS, GO-AKS or IKYCA certification is an advantage.
Additional Role Information

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in KYC, AML and financial crime compliance.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related field; CAMS/GO-AKS/IKYCA advantageous.
