Corporate Sales Professional (Foreign Exchange)

Delma Exchange is on the hunt for a results-driven Corporate Sales Professional to grow its foreign exchange business across the UAE. This is a relationship-first sales role: you’ll be the trusted advisor corporate clients turn to for smart, tailored FX solutions, while also hunting down fresh business opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

You’ll combine consultative selling with real market knowledge, staying on top of FX trends, hedging strategies and regulatory shifts so your clients always get advice they can act on. Experience selling within a UAE exchange house will put you ahead of the pack.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and grow strong relationships with corporate clients
• Understand each client’s FX needs and recommend the right solutions
• Hunt down new corporate prospects and turn them into clients
• Grow revenue by expanding services within the existing client base
• Track market trends, competitor moves and client feedback
• Stay current on FX regulations, economic indicators and market shifts
• Guide clients through currency risk-management and hedging options
• Deliver polished presentations on the company’s products and services
• Own your numbers — sales, revenue and retention targets
• Work closely with Corporate Sales, Settlement and Compliance teams

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
• 2–3 years of relevant FX market experience
• Corporate sales experience within a UAE exchange house — a strong plus
• Solid understanding of FX markets, risk management and hedging
• A track record of hitting revenue targets
• Sharp communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
• A proactive mindset and comfort working solo or as part of a team

Estimated salary: AED 10,000–16,000 per month.
