Salary: Up to USD 5,500 per month (As Mentioned)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead after-sales and service strategies across North African markets.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and authorized service networks.
• Drive service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee warranty, technical support, and customer complaint processes.
• Expand service networks and support technical capability development.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and regional service performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
• Travel across North African markets as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years in after-sales/service operations.
• Two-wheeler/motorcycle experience is strongly preferred.
• International dealer/distributor network experience.
• Knowledge of warranty management, technical support, and dealer development.
• Fluent French and strong English.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Dubai.
