Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field (Estimated)
Salary: Up to USD 5,500 per month (As Mentioned)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead after-sales and service strategies across North African markets.
- Manage distributors, dealers, and authorized service networks.
- Drive service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee warranty, technical support, and customer complaint processes.
- Expand service networks and support technical capability development.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and regional service performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
- Travel across North African markets as required.
Requirements
- 10+ years in after-sales/service operations.
- Two-wheeler/motorcycle experience is strongly preferred.
- International dealer/distributor network experience.
- Knowledge of warranty management, technical support, and dealer development.
- Fluent French and strong English.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Dubai.
