STAR SERVICES is seeking a Customer Service Agent for its DWC Freezone operation in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The position supports customer accounts, shipments, order processing, inventory records, invoices, and warehouse-distribution coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer accounts and deliver responsive customer service.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely order processing.
- Manage customer orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and operational documentation.
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse distribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of distribution-department experience at Expeditors.
- Experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
