Al Ghurair Exchange is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or exchange house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, and service requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with internal departments, branches, banks, and service providers
- Ensure prompt resolution of issues and follow up with customers
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and cases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (exchange house experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure
- Knowledge of:
- Customer service processes and complaint handling
- Exchange house operations
- Coordination with financial service stakeholders
