About the Role
Three Lines Shipping is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support its freight-forwarding operations in Dubai. The role is suited to a customer-focused professional with UAE freight-forwarding experience who can coordinate shipment requirements, maintain accurate records, and support smooth sea-export operations. The role connects customers with freight-forwarding operations, so clear communication and accurate follow-up are essential. The successful candidate will help customers understand shipment progress while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Details

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Related Field (Estimated)
- Salary: AED 4,000–4,500

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, requirements, documentation, and service requests.
- Support sea-export shipments and help ensure operational and documentation processes are completed correctly.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to resolve shipment queries.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
- Assist daily freight-forwarding activities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Follow up on operational requirements to help prevent delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum one year of UAE freight-forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of the CALOGI system.
- Experience handling sea-export shipments.
- Strong customer coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of freight-forwarding operations and export procedures.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced logistics environment.
