Available Roles:

Customer-Facing Roles:

🔹 Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) & marhaba Services Agent

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Provide high-quality service to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Offer exceptional VIP and travel assistance for marhaba clients, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs

Back-Office Role:

🔹 Contact Centre Services Agent

• Be the voice of Emirates, responding to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and social media
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Handle sales opportunities with a customer-focused approach
• Required language proficiency in English + one of the following: Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean

Job Requirements:

📌 Fluency in English (additional language is a plus)
📌 High school certificate (A Levels equivalent)
📌 Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
📌 Willingness to work in shifts
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Email)
📌 Willing to wear a uniform (for customer-facing roles)
