Job Overview:
Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai is hiring a Data Entry Operator for the Front Office team. The key responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely submission of passport information for all guests to the Dubai Police Department, playing a critical role in compliance and guest data management.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update all in-house guest and event information on the Police system.
- Ensure accurate passport scanning and report inconsistencies to the manager.
- Timely data input to reduce backlog at the front desk.
- Maintain data entry standards as per Police (CID) guidelines.
- Cross-check guest records between the police system and Opera PMS, resolving mismatches.
- Maintain proper filing and document control.
- Support the Front Desk team as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Stay updated with room rates, types, and locations.
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance.
- Attend daily briefings and departmental meetings to improve operations.
✅ Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent data accuracy.
- Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera PMS is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle sensitive data.
- Knowledge of compliance processes for Dubai Police guest registration is preferred.
