Job Overview

Ektifa is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join its team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine creativity with analytics to execute high-performing digital campaigns and drive brand growth in a competitive FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences
• Optimize paid campaigns through budget management, keyword targeting, and performance tracking
• Apply SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Support social media strategies and monitor engagement metrics
• Assist in influencer marketing campaigns and track ROI
• Contribute to integrated marketing and trade marketing initiatives
• Monitor brand reputation through online mentions and reviews
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, traffic, and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
